We are looking for a B2B Sales Representative to strengthen our ambitious sales team working in our Nairobi office. You will work with the leading telematics solutions in the world and master your B2B sales skills in the West Africa region.

Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

Requirements

In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding growth opportunities in West African markets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact, presentations, and frequent visits.
  • Prepare commercial offers and negotiate contracts to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Represent Teltonika Telematics at exhibitions, meetings, and industry events locally and internationally.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team and product specialists to address customer requirements effectively.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Manage and support the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

What we expect of you:

  • Strong interest or experience in IoT, telematics, or GPS tracking solutions.
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience (telematics experience is a strong advantage).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) as your primary working language.
  • Results-oriented, organized, and driven by challenges and targets.
  • Strong ambition to grow professionally and achieve high performance-based earnings.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Exposure to launching or scaling new products in a market is an advantage.
