Job Purpose:
The role provides comprehensive financial management,

The Finance & Controls Officer is responsible for
managing HAPROK’s financial operations, safeguarding resources, ensuring
statutory compliance, and strengthening governance and accountability systems.
Key objectives:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Your specific duties will include and not limited to the
following:
- Prepare
and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts for HAPROK.
- Implement
and maintain internal financial control systems and compliance frameworks.
- Prepare
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including Fund
Accountability Statements.
- Manage
member subscription invoicing, follow-ups, collections, and reconciliation
of EPR-related fees.
- Issue
invoices and generate customer/member statements.
- Receive
and record all payments (cash, cheques, EFT, MPESA) and post them into the
accounting system.
- Perform
complete bank reconciliations and ensure all receipts match invoices
issued.
- Process
supplier invoices and prepare payment vouchers in compliance with
financial policies.
- Maintain
accurate ledgers and ensure proper posting of all financial transactions.
- Monitor
expenditure against approved budgets and implement corrective controls
where necessary.
- Prepare
statutory financial documentation required for EPR registration,
licensing, and reporting obligations.
- Maintain
proper financial records in compliance with record-keeping requirements
under Regulation 19 of the EPR Regulations.
- Prepare
financial schedules and documentation for internal and external audits.
- Identify
financial risks and implement mitigation controls.
- Develop
and maintain financial standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure
proper segregation of duties and fraud prevention controls within
financial processes.
- Track
financial obligations related to annual licensing and regulatory
compliance under EPR frameworks.
- Maintain
organized filing systems for financial and compliance documentation.
- Provide
financial analysis and reports to support decision-making by the HAPROK
Coordinator.
- Perform
any other duties assigned by the HAPROK Coordinator from time to time.
Requirements
Education & Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s
degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related
field.
- CPA
(K) qualification completed is an added advantage.
- Minimum
of 3 years’ relevant work experience in finance, accounting, or financial
controls.
- Experience
working in regulatory, membership-based, NGO, or Producer
- Responsibility
Organization (PRO) environments is an added advantage.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong

Job Purpose:
The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer will be
responsible for the designing, implementing, and managing of the monitoring,
evaluation, and learning (MEL) framework for the KAM SME Domestic Market Access
project. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop data collection
systems, track program indicators across impact, outcome, and output levels
while ensuring the project will generate timely, highquality evidence to inform
decision-making, strengthen accountability, and drive continuous program
improvement. The Officer will work closely with Projects Manager and the SME
Development Officer to ensure that all program activities are adequately
monitored and that lessons learned inform ongoing implementation and strategic
decision-making.
Duties & Responsibilities
MEL Framework Design and Implementation
- Design
and implement comprehensive M&E frameworks, plans, indicators, and
results matrices aligned with project objectives and donor requirements.

and deploy data collection tools and methodologies for baseline
assessments, needs assessments, progress tracking and endline assessments.

refine M&E tools, methodologies, and feedback mechanisms to support

performance and facilitating sustainability dialogues across selected companies
value chains.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead
the design, localization, and integration of ESG and EUDR compliance
services into KAM’s consulting portfolio under the SAVI programme.
- Coordinate
sector prioritization, company scoping, and ESG/EUDR needs, readiness, and

- Oversee
