Key Responsibilities:
- Operate
injection molding machines according to production plans.
- Monitor
machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time to

- Load
raw materials (PET resin, colorant) into the machine hopper.
- Inspect
preforms for defects such as bubbles, flash, or uneven wall thickness.

routine machine start-up, shut-down, and product changeovers.

Machine Operator – Filler at Highlands Drinks Limited
Key Responsibilities:
- Set
up, operate, and monitor the filler machine during production runs.
- Adjust
machine settings to achieve correct fill volumes and minimize product
loss.
- Perform
changeovers for different product types, container sizes, and packaging
formats.
- Conduct
routine checks for leaks, misfills, or quality defects.
- Ensure
compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene standards.
- Record
production data such as output quantities, downtime, and defects.
- Clean
and sanitize filling equipment as per standard operating procedures.
- Report
