About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated communication strategies

What We’re Looking For:

About the Role

  • As CRM Manager, you will own and optimize our customer relationship management strategy. You’ll be responsible for enhancing customer journeys, increasing retention, and driving personalized communication across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Manage and optimize CRM platforms and customer databases
  • Design and implement targeted campaigns (email, SMS, loyalty programs)
  • Analyze customer data and behavior to generate actionable insights
  • Segment audiences to deliver personalized and relevant communications

Requirements

About the Role:

We are seeking a hands on Human Resources Officer to support our operational HR functions across multiple locations. In this role, you will be the backbone of our HR operations, ensuring seamless execution of employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, and performance management. You will work closely with management and staff to maintain a motivated, compliant, and high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations & Case Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, grievances, disciplinary hearings, and conflict resolution, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
  • Compliance & HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records, oversee contract administration, and ensure full compliance with Kenyan labor laws and statutory requirements across all branches.
  • Payroll & Benefits Coordination: Manage payroll inputs, statutory deductions, leave administration, and employee benefits to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Performance Management Support: Partner with department heads to drive the performance review cycle, providing guidance on performance improvement plans and coaching conversations.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with CHRP as an added advantage
  • Should be a member of IHRM
  • 3+ years of HR operations experience, preferably within the hospitality, retail, or FMCG industries.
  • Strong working knowledge of Kenyan labor laws, statutory compliance, and disciplinary processes.
  • Proven experience with payroll coordination and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
