About the Role:
We are seeking a hands on Human Resources Officer to support
our operational HR functions across multiple locations. In this role, you will
be the backbone of our HR operations, ensuring seamless execution of employee
relations, compliance, payroll coordination, and performance management. You
will work closely with management and staff to maintain a motivated, compliant,
and high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee
Relations & Case Management: Serve as the primary point of
contact for employee queries, grievances, disciplinary hearings, and
conflict resolution, ensuring fair and consistent application of company
policies.
- Compliance
& HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records, oversee
contract administration, and ensure full compliance with Kenyan labor laws

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field with CHRP as an added advantage
- Should
be a member of IHRM
- 3+
years of HR operations experience, preferably within the hospitality,
retail, or FMCG industries.
- Strong
working knowledge of Kenyan labor laws, statutory compliance, and
disciplinary processes.
- Proven
experience with payroll coordination and HRIS systems.
- Excellent
interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
