Job Purpose

Reporting to the Head of Research and Innovation you will be responsible for mining, collecting, analyzing, and storing data with the aim of using it to help the Sacco make informed strategic choices to enable profitable business decision making and increase efficiency/effective of both operations and customer service activities.

Network Administrator at Stima Sacco

Job Summary

Reporting to the ICT Manager, the Network Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Sacco’s Wide Area Network (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN). This role oversees critical network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless systems, as well as the Call Centre platform. The successful candidate will also serve as the Team Lead for license renewals and new infrastructure projects.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Management: Maintain and monitor a multi-vendor environment consisting of Cisco, Juniper, and Arista switches to ensure high availability.
  • Security & Compliance: Manage and configure Fortinet Firewalls, WAF, NAC, and SDWAN solutions to protect against security attacks.
  • Web Security: Oversee Cloudflare Security configurations for all internet-facing systems and manage SSL certificates and other cybersecurity protocols.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Credit Manager, the job holder will be responsible for among others, supporting the credit function by ensuring proper documentation, processing, monitoring, and administration of credit facilities in line with policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Loan Processing & Appraisal Support

  • Receive and review loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
  • Verify member eligibility, savings, guarantors, and loan qualification criteria.
  • Confirm loan approvals comply with SACCO credit policy and delegated authority.

Credit Documentation & Securities

  • Prepare loan contracts and ensure proper execution by members and guarantors.
