Job Summary

The Driving School Analyst will support revenue growth and operational excellence within the Driving School Department. The role involves analyzing performance data, tracking revenue targets, managing payments and reconciliations, and ensuring efficient operations across branches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on departmental performance (revenue, student success rates, vehicle utilization).
  • Conduct financial and data reconciliations for projects and payments.
  • Manage E-Agent and bulk payments for special projects (PDL, TDB, IDL transactions in TIMS).
  • Provide timely administrative and operational support to branches and clients.
  • Maintain accurate data, records, and vehicle inventory.

Qualifications & Experience

AA Destinations is a subsidiary of AA Kenya, comprising of licensing, tours and travel.

Licensing offers internationally recognized mobility documentation, including International Driving Permits (IDPs) and Carnet de Passage (CPDs), which facilitate cross-border vehicle travel. The Tours & Travel Division offers customized travel solutions, from local tours to international holiday packages, visa support, ticketing, and itinerary planning.

We are looking for 2 sales officers to join our team;

1. Sales Officer-AA licensing

Key performance areas;

  • Promote and sell International Driving Permits (IDPs) and Carnet de Passage (CPDs) to clients planning to drive internationally or transport vehicles across borders.
  • Educate customers on eligibility, processes, and documentation requirements for licensing services.
  • Respond to inquiries from individuals, Corporates, travel agencies, and expats.
  • Develop partnerships with corporates to drive service uptake.
  • Track leads, follow up diligently, and maintain client records.

Education and Experience
