QUANTITY SURVEYOR INTERN

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist
in preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction and interior
projects.
- Measure
quantities from drawings and site visits to support BOQ preparation.
- Help
gather supplier quotes and compare prices for materials and services.
- Track
project expenses and assist in preparing cost reports and variation
claims.
- Conduct
site visits to monitor progress and collect data for reporting.
- Maintain
organized records of contracts, drawings, and project documents.
- Assist
in coordinating with clients, designers, and project teams to align costs
and designs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must
hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related
field.
- Basic
understanding of construction processes and interior design materials.
- Able
to read and understand technical drawings and plans.
- Familiar
with Microsoft Excel and basic measurement or drafting tools (e.g.,
AutoCAD).
- Strong
attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
- Good
written and verbal communication skills.
- Eager
to learn, proactive, and able to work well in a team environment.

INTERN INTERIOR DESIGNER
Are you a fresh Interior Design graduate looking to grow

Key Responsibilities
- Assist
senior designers in developing design concepts, layouts, and mood boar
- Conduct
site visits to take measurements, photos, and document progress.
- Source
materials, fabrics, finishes, and furniture from suppliers.
- Prepare
2D drawings, 3D renders, and visualizations as required.
- Participate
in creative brainstorming sessions and research current design trends
- Support
with client presentations and design proposals.
- Maintain
project files, design libraries, and sample collections.
Qualifications
- Recently
completed a degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficient
in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or Adobe
Suite.
- Strong
eye for detail, creativity, and understanding of color, space, and
materials.
- Good
communication and presentation skills able to express design ideas
clearly.
- Basic
knowledge of furniture, finishes, lighting, and decor trends. Eagerness to
learn, take feedback positively, and work collaboratively within a team.
- Ability
to multitask and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized,
reliable, and committed to deadlines.
