Driver cum Bellman at Nairobi Safari Club
Role Purpose:
Responsible for transporting guests between the hotel and
designated locations while ensuring a safe, comfortable and courteous
experience. The role also includes welcoming and greeting guests in the lobby,
assisting with luggage, packages and correspondence and performing additional
functions such as concierge support, valet service and airport
representation-all while maintaining the highest standards of guest service.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited
to):
- Welcome
and assist guests with courtesy and professionalism, including luggage
handling, transportation support and addressing guest queries or concerns
promptly.
- Receive,
deliver and manage guest parcels and luggage according to hotel
procedures; organize the luggage room efficiently.

Storekeeper at Nairobi Safari Club
Role Purpose:
To effectively manage the hotel’s stores by overseeing the
receipt, quality control, safekeeping, and issuance of inventory, ensuring
accurate stock records, timely availability of items, and compliance with
health, safety, and operational standards.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not
limited to):
- Maintain
exclusive control over stores of the hotel with respect to issue releases,
control over deliveries, and hotel stock counts.
- Conduct
inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs.
- Receive,
forward and issue all goods and deliveries while following the standard
operating procedures.
- Conduct
quality check, and inspect all goods being delivered to ensure they are
not damaged or expired and verify with the Local Purchase Order and
posting to the Materials Control system.
- Verify
and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and logs.
- Responsible
for ensuring the safety of the stores inventory.

Chief Accountant
Role Purpose:
We are seeking for a dynamic Chief Accountant to lead all
finance and accounting functions, including budgeting, financial analysis,
transaction reporting, capital asset management and the implementation of
internal controls and financial policies.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):
- Lead
budgeting, forecasting and cost control to ensure financial efficiency and
