region. The group is Kenyan-based and operates through a network of Kenyan
branches as well as regional subsidiaries in Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Rwanda
and South Sudan. The company has a total complement of over 600 highly trained
and professional staff spread across the region.
We are looking for qualified and talented young engineering
professionals to fill in the following position.
Sales Engineer Intern
The candidates will meet the following requirements:
- Graduate
Engineer in any engineering discipline from a recognized University, with
a minimum of Upper Second Honours degree.
- Proficient
in the use of Microsoft office suite.
- Valid
driving license and having AutoCAD skills is an added
advantage.
The successful candidates will join the company’s internship
program details of which are on the company website and will be posted to any
of the company’s many branches across the country. This provides an exciting

Engineering Students Attachment at Davis & Shirtliff Group
The Group’s Engineering Division focusses on solving
real-world challenges in the areas of water and energy through innovations and
collaborations. The successful candidates will have hands-on experience in our
dynamic work environment, and opportunity to work with the best minds in the
product development and implementation of systems that support provision of
water and energy solutions in Africa.
What you will work on
Factory Automation
- Design
and program a robotic arm for precise container handling and dosing.
- Integrate
sensors, PLCs, and safety interlocks into the production line.
Electronics & IoT Product Development
- Prototype
smart controllers and edge devices for pumps, meters, and power systems.
- Implement
wireless connectivity (LoRaWAN, NB-IoT, Wi-Fi/BLE) and cloud dashboards.
AI-Enabled Customer Support Tools
- Build
and fine-tune AI chatbots and knowledge-base search to streamline
technical support.
- Leverage
NLP and predictive analytics to enhance customer experience.

Eligibility
- 4th-year
undergraduate in Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical,
Industrial, Computer, or related engineering discipline.
- Strong
academic standing and evidence of project work (class, club, or personal).

knowledge of at least one of the following: PLC/HMI programming, C/C++
& Robotics or Electronics will be an added advantage
Pupillage
Davis & Shirtliff Group is the leading supplier of water

Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Rwanda, South Sudan, DRC, Zimbabwe, Somalia and
Burundi. The company has a total complement of over 900 highly trained and
professional staff spread across the region. We are an accredited institution by
the Kenya School of Law.
We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven and qualified
candidate for a three month pupillage program designed for learning and
mentorship. This role presents a rare opportunity for continuous development
through exposure to high-quality matters and will assist the students to gain
valuable knowledge and skills in a dynamic environment.
As a key member of the legal team, your duties and
responsibilities will include;
- Coordinating
legal activities within the department
- Management
of walk-in clients
- Writing
of department reports
- Handling
correspondences
- Conducting
legal research
- Drafting
of letters
Qualifications:
- Current
admission to the KSL Advocates Training Programme.
- Minimum
Second Class Honours LLB degree from a recognized university.
