Job Purpose:
Act as a co-pilot – Principal Finance support and business
partner for Africa PS Lead
Steer financial processes and analytics for Row Crop Seeds
across AFR manufacturing sites
Provide economics and financial analytics to support
operational team & management in their decisions
Act as a coach for the AFR PS finance team – manage AFR PS
finance communi
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Drive
regional consolidation of KPI’s for Africa
- Deliver
financial data driven analysis & simulations monthly, forecasts,
budgets and SBP
- Provide
cost analysis & explanations to support key business decisions (CAPEX,
Crop plan)
- Develop
analytical tools used to provide visibility of product supply performance
indicators
- Share
recommendations to seize opportunities or overcome challenges
- Interact
and support key business decisions
- Ensure
costing activities are performed in accordance with Group policies Support
controllership & drive interactions with both external & internal
auditors to ensure full compliance of the sites activities
- In
collaboration with the EMEA PS Finance lead and EMEA RC PS Finance BP:
- Develop
& steer a community of skilled site controllers and grower accountants
- Discuss,
prepare & execute succession planning and individual development plans
- Maintain

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor
degree in finance, controlling or accounting with multiple years of
experience (5 years minimum)

track record on coaching / leading multicultural teams
- Knowledge
of financial system (SAP) and expert usage of excel
- Experience
in Costing & Manufacturing environment (Agriculture experience is
appreciated) / Knowledge of product supply processes
- Ability
to navigate trough matrix organization and connect in a broad cross
functional / multicultural network
- Strong
storytelling capabilities with the ability to connect business dynamics
and financials
- Excellent

Job Purpose:
To drive the successful adoption and growth of the FarmRise
app in Kenya by serving as the local product support liaison and champion,
bridging user needs to product features.
Build and drive strategic partnerships internally and
cross functionally as well as externally with Key partners and stakeholders and
steer aligned business outcomes to enhance customer experiences in the
assigned markets
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Support
design team on design sensibility during prototyping phases to ensure
solutions align, mirror and reflect local user needs,behaviours and
context
- Conduct
beta tests and pilots to test practicability, usability of new features
and support to validate such with users in core markets
- Collaborate
with Customer Experience teams to validate and document market insights
,digital platform trends and macros that will enable relevant roadmaps

ongoing basis.

Required Qualification:
- Bachelor’s

Job Purpose:
Accountable for steering the financial performance of the
Division’s Commercial Operations for Country Group EA incl. planning,
forecasting, commercial strategies.
Primary point of contact to the Country Commercial Lead,
active member of the Country Divisional Management team.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Responsible
for delivering on financial targets by providing a reliable financial
steering (alignment operational/financial planning, target setting,
resource allocation, deviation analysis, mitigation plans).

Main Purpose
- As the
Seed Corn Field Equipment Technician at Bayer, you will play a pivotal
role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of all field
equipment related to seed corn production.
- This
position requires a deep understanding of agricultural machinery,
excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to
managing equipment logistics and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinates
the operational processes involving field equipment to support
planting, detasseling and harvesting operations.

and administrate maintenance programs.
