Sales Administrator to join our team and drive the growth through our Channel
Partners.
Job Description:
As a Channel Sales Administrator at CloudHop, working
closely with the Distribution Team, you will play a vital role in assisting
with the development of our Channel Partner relationships for Cloudflare
products as well as other OEM offerings in our distribution portfolio. The
ideal candidate will be exceptionally well organized and pro-active. Having an
understanding of Cybersecurity / Cloudflare’s product portfolio would be
beneficial but is not essential. More importantly, the ideal candidate should possess
great communication skills, enthusiasm and have a strong desire to join a fast
paced, collaborative working environment. Being able to ensure accuracy under
tight deadlines is vital for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales
Support: Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately,
assist with onboarding, booking meetings, deal registration, preparing
quotes and processing orders. Ensure leads are followed up on accordingly
to assist the Distribution Team, as effectively as possible, to exceed
sales targets
- Partner
Onboarding & Enablement: Assist with onboarding & enabling
members from existing and new Channel Partners working in collaboration
with the Distribution Team and our OEMs to ensure a seamless experience
for our Channel Partners. Continue to maintain excellent working
relationships and pro-actively follow up with Channel Partners to ensure
they have the access to the latest enablement initiatives and
materials.
- Partner
Relationship Building: Assist the Channel Account Manager in
building strategic relationships by engaging with and maintaining
excellent working relationships with new and existing Channel
Partners.
- Customer
Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain up to date records keeping
within the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data, track sales
activities, and generate reports. Include all notes from any meetings and
calls.
- Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing
prompt and accurate information regarding products, orders, and account
statuses.
- Documentation:
Prepare and manage sales documentation, contracts/agreements, and
quotations ensuring compliance with company policies and industry
regulations.
- Coordination:
Collaborate with various departments, including finance, marketing, and
technical support, to ensure seamless sales operations and customer
satisfaction.
- Sales
Analytics & Marketing: Assist in the analysis of sales data to
identify trends, measure performance, and support strategic planning.
Assist with marketing campaign initiatives by keeping up to date with OEM
updates and, in turn, informing our Channel Partners and prospects.
- Event
Support: Assist in the planning and coordination of sales events
- Training
& Development: Support the onboarding and continual training of
sales team members, providing them with the necessary tools and
information to succeed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related
field.
- Minimum
of 2 years of experience in IT / Sales Administration.
- Understanding
of Cloudflare’s products and services and cybersecurity.
- Excellent
organizational, communication, interpersonal, and presentation
skills.
- Ability
to work effectively with Channel Partners and OEMs to build lasting
relationships.
- Ability
to work in a fast paced environment, accurately, independently and as part
of a collaborative team.
- Strong
ability to take initiative and find effective solutions to complex
challenges.
- Willingness
to travel when required eg: to meet with Channel Partners / for sales
events.
