About the role

SunCulture is looking for a qualified  Marketing Associate who will ensure that our marketing efforts are done seamlessly for optimum ROI. This resource will ensure that SunCulture is placed in the global market with emphasis on SunCulture’s mission and vision. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Marketing, the ideal superstar will be focusing on end-to-end marketing of all SunCulture products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth through strategic proper planning and implementation.
  • Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
  • Assist with the creation of marketing materials.
  • Regularly collect and share feedback from clients
  • Be tech-savvy in implementation, tracking, and measurement of marketing campaigns rolled out
  • Advise on any traditional marketing strategies that are worth an investment and attract ROI
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including analysis and evaluation of KPIs
  • Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns
  • Collect and use data to inform the team of new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
  • Ensure all traditional marketing activities are scheduled and operate within the budgetary allocation
  • Plan and project manage multiple branding campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Write attractive and concise copy for adverts for traditional marketing campaigns
  • Work alongside the team in creating social media content and assist in conducting Facebook/Instagram live and stories.
  • Ensure smooth sharing of leads to the internal systems built for easy accessibility by the sales team.
  • Devising campaigns to generate leads
  • Strategizing on best campaigns for driving traffic to the sales and service centres
  • Help organize and coordinate marketing events
  • Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs
  • Gathering data on campaign success, often through collecting audience feedback
  • Keep abreast of new marketing trends and developments

Does this sound like you?

  • Minimum of Bachelor degree in marketing and at least 2 years experience in marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing campaigns
  • Experience in handling radio campaigns
  • Experience in running branding campaigns
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • 1-year experience in digital marketing

About the role:

This role requires diagnosing and addressing after sale issues that come from the field as well as implementing QA/QC

measures to prevent after sales. The role requires you to be at the forefront of ensuring SunCulture products serve the client

at the optimum and in case of an aftersale ensure the best solutions are provided to the customer within the shortest time

possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Ensure diagnosis and repair of all products and their accessories sent from the field and ensuring daily collection and transportation of all repaired items back to customers.
  • Evaluate all products returned as a result of an aftersale issue are within Warranty and if not advise the customer on the cost of repair.
  • Troubleshoot products both remotely and onsite to confirm if the product problem is a technical error or user error.
  • Identify solutions to resolve technical product design problems and escalate complex product issues
  • Research and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to better troubleshoot all aftersale issues reported.
  • Complete quality assurance inspections, documenting corrective actions and ensure adequate amounts of quality certified products are ready for dispatch to customers
  • Set standards operation procedure for all product QA/QC, troubleshooting and repairs and ensure adherence.
  • Ensure proper communication, ticketing, and documentation of all aftersale issues
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly aftersale reports highlighting issues/ product default issues that need to be addressed from the manufacturer’s end.
  • Perform all aftersale product-related tasks assigned from time to time

Team Coordination

Collaborate closely with the aftersale engineering and call center teams to resolve all technical issues

  • Support the provision of training to the field technical teams on how to identify and resolve repair issues
  • Support the provision of training to field technical teams on how to instruct customers about process, usage, and maintenance.
  • Manage and resolve all aftersale issues within TAT of 48hrs from when product is received for repair
  • Develop positive and professional relationships with channel partners and service providers
  • Develop knowledge of all solar products and systems designed by SunCulture

Risk Management

  • Be proactive in identifying all product risks based on the aftersale issues reported daily.
  • Ensure the team is operating at full capacity to reduce aftersale issues and ask for extra manpower when needed to avoid burnout of team members.
  • Communicate and mitigate any risk factors that are encountered with the team while at work

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, product design, business, or other relevant fields
  • 3 years of experience in providing technical solutions within set TAT to deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-evolving environment, and able to plan, be organized, and meet deadlines
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented with strong execution skills
  • Good communication skills and should ensure information communicated is clear and timely

Risk and Compliance Officer

About the role:

The successful candidate shall be responsible for initiating, implementing and in liaison with the respective departmental heads, manage the operational risk and compliance initiatives for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and monitoring of risk and compliance frameworks across business functions.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws (e.g. data protection, labour, AML/CFT, ESG) and global standards such as IFC Performance Standards and ISO 31000.
  • Develop and enforce internal policies, risk registers, control assessments, and incident response mechanisms.
  • Advise the business on regulatory changes, ethical conduct, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Train staff and create a compliance-aware culture across all departments.

Information Technology Operations Associate

About the Role

The Information Technology Operations Associate (IT Ops Associate) to support the Information Technology Operations Manager and ensure the efficient operation of our IT infrastructure. IT Ops Associate  will assist in managing IT assets, help with the implementation and enforcement of IT policies, support network and endpoint security, and contribute to the smooth onboarding and offboarding processes. Additionally, the IT Operations Associate will assist in managing software licenses and access control, playing a key role in maintaining the security and efficiency of SunCulture’s IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

Asset Management & Procurement:

  • Assist in the lifecycle management of IT assets, including tracking hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Support procurement processes by coordinating with the IT Operations Manager and procurement teams to acquire IT assets and services.
  • Help maintain accurate inventory records of all IT assets and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

IT Policies & Implementations:

  • Assist in the implementation and enforcement of IT policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Help monitor adherence to IT policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines.
  • Provide support in reviewing and updating IT policies as required.

Network & Endpoint Security:

  • Support the IT Operations Manager in maintaining the security of the organization’s network, endpoints, and IT infrastructure.
