Your Mission
To ensure company’s growth in terms of sales, profits &
customers base in Retail Channel by, developing the Retail channel in Kenya in
line with the company strategy and sales plan, and with the Kenya and Group
guidelines actively promoting the Puratos products create a strong long term
partnership to the assigned customers
What you will do
- Promotes
Puratos Magic based on our values and working principles.
- Ensures
the working conditions for high employee engagement, enablement and
wellbeing.
- Embraces
continuous learning and continuous improvement
- Promote
and sell different Puratos products taking into account the specific
needs/requests from the customers.
- Participate
actively in the organization events/activities for the promotion of
Puratos products (fairs, collective demonstrations, seminars inhouse and
abroad).
- Obtain
an excellent knowledge of Puratos product range in Bakery, Patisserie and
Chocolate and their characteristics and properties.
- Identify
and develop new customers beyond our core channels
- Register
Sales Orders and payment collection according to the rules of the company
(rooting & credit policy & timing)
- Deal
with customer complaints, involve the relevant internal stakeholders,
propose adequate solutions and inform the customer.
- Leverage
all the available tools to drive profitable sales ( e.g demostrations,
customer visits, sales digital tools etc)
- Manage
existing customers’ base.
- Plan
and organize daily activities and customer visits based on objectives to
be reached.
What we expect from you
- Certificate,
diploma or degree in marketing, business or related field diploma, Bakery
diploma desired
- Worked
as a baker with practical exposure to bakery production and bakery
improver applications.
- Experience
in sales, in the bakery, pastry, chocolate, agri-food (or equivalent)
sector preferred
- Valid
driver’s license required
- Mobility
required: regular travel within the country
- Able
to evolve in an international organization
- Very
autonomous and rigorous in the follow-up of files
- Humble,
open and a great listener
- Good
communicator (written and oral)
- Able
to think critically and make decisions
- Strong,
self-starter, and team player

Sales Representative Artisans & Distributors

Your Mission
To ensure company’s growth in terms of sales & customers
base in A&D and Food Service, actively promoting the product lines and
create a strong long term partnership to the assigned customers.
What will you do:
- Drive
sales growth by expanding product penetration and increasing the active
customer base.
- Identify
and convert new business opportunities
- Position
Puratos Bakery, Patisserie, and Chocolate solutions through a value‑based
selling approach.
- Build
and strengthen long‑term customer relationships to ensure loyalty and
profitability
- Conduct
customer visits, demonstrations, and applications that support solution‑driven
selling
- Manage
customer issues proactively and coordinate internal teams to provide
timely resolutions
- Plan
and prioritize daily sales activities in line with commercial targets and
KPIs
- Ensure
accurate sales order entry and compliance with routing, credit, and
payment policies
- Provide
actionable market insights by monitoring trends, competition, and customer
needs
- Promote
Puratos products at events, demos, and market activities while acting as a
strong brand ambassador
What we expect from you
- Degree/diploma
in Marketing, Business, or related field; Bakery diploma preferred
- Sales
experience in bakery, pastry, chocolate, or agri‑food sectors
- Practical
bakery/improver knowledge is a strong asset
- Committed
team player with strong initiative in international company
- Autonomous,
organized, and detail‑oriented in follow‑up and execution
- Humble,
open, and a good listener with strong communication skills
- Proactive,
persuasive, and influential in presenting ideas
- Proficient
in digital tools, computer and tablet use
- Valid
driver’s license; willing to travel regularly
