Direct Sales Representative (DSR)
United Winners DT SACCO is committed to providing

Team as Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs).
Role summary:
The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities,
generating leads, acquiring new customers, maintaining strong customer
relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The Direct Sales
Representative also provides product information, follows up on customer
inquiries, prepares sales reports, and ensures high levels of customer
satisfaction while representing the organization professionally and upholding
its values.
Roles & Key Responsibilities
- Recruit
new members and promote SACCO membership growth.
- Market
and sell the SACCO’s savings, loan, insurance, and other financial
products.
- Mobilize
member deposits and share capital.
- Build
and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing members.
- Conduct
field marketing activities, activations, roadshows, and corporate visits.
- Prepare
and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintaining
relationship with the existing and potential members to enhance customer
satisfaction

targeted locations

Office Assistant at United Winners Sacco
The Office Assistant will be responsible for preparing meals
and refreshments, maintaining cleanliness of all the office space, ensuring
food safety standards are observed, and supporting the smooth running of
kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare
and serve meals, tea, and refreshments as required.
- Maintain
cleanliness and hygiene standards in the office.
- Ensure
proper storage and handling of food items and kitchen equipment.
- Monitor
kitchen stock levels and report shortages in good time.

compliance with health and safety regulations.

Accounts Assistant at United Winners Sacco
Role Summary
This position is responsible for keeping up-to-date
financial records and bank reconciliations while updating & safeguarding
company assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily
maintenance and updating of cash book
- Ensure
all banks, Agency Banking, ATM and investment accounts are reconciled on a
daily basis
- Confirm
receipts and payments against the bank statement
- To
surrender end of day cashier reconciliation alongside payment and deposit
vouchers to the supervisor and get a copy upon signing
- Reconciling
payments and receipts at close of business, or as and when required;
declaring any overage/shortage notice and updating the Supervisor on any
abnormal transaction
- Identify
un cleared and bounced cheques
- Ensure
all payments are authorized according to the Internal Control Policy
- Ensure
receipts are properly entered in the cash book and properly reconciled
with members’ statements thereof
- Ensure
receipts and payments are accurately posted in the cash book and the
respective vote head
- Check
accuracy of deposit slips
- Issue
cheques to customers in liaison with the Supervisor after proper
authorization
- Ensure
proper filing of all receipts and payments
- Ensure
the following payments are properly receipted and recorded: loans,
interest on loans, deposits, share capital, registration fees &
insurance
- Receive
and confirm cash from Supervisor against their signatures
- Handle
cash that is within insurance limits

ICT Officer
Role Summary
- United
Winners DT Sacco is seeking a competent and proactive ICT Officer to
support and manage the organization’s ICT infrastructure, systems, and
digital banking platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in
ensuring system reliability, security, and efficient user support across
the SACCO.
Key Responsibilities.
ICT Infrastructure Management
- Install,
configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, printers,
and networks.
- Monitor
and maintain computer systems and network performance.
- Ensure
servers, network devices, and ICT equipment are functioning optimally.
User Support
- Provide
technical support to staff on hardware and software issues.
- Respond
to ICT service requests and troubleshoot system problems.
- Train
users on basic ICT systems and applications.
Network Administration
- Manage
LAN/WAN networks and internet connectivity.

network performance and security.
System Administration

Role summary:

increase member acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop
and Execute marketing plans and campaign to promote Sacco products,
including FOSA and BOSA services.
- Assist
in the development of marketing strategies to penetrate into new markets
to increase Sacco membership
- Conduct
marketing intelligence to identify trends, opportunities and competitive
positioning.
- Maintaining
relationship with the existing and potential members to enhance customer
satisfaction
- Organize
member education forums and outreach programs to increase products
knowledge.
