This is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the business,
take on meaningful challenges, develop broad commercial and operational
exposure, and build the capabilities required for future leadership and

ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
Our intensive 12-month program, running from January to
December 2027, is designed to give you hands-on experience through structured
rotational assignments across key areas of the business.
You will work alongside experienced teams and leaders,
contribute to real business priorities and projects, and develop a broad
understanding of how our business operates.
Rotational exposure may include functions such as Sales,
Marketing, Finance, People & Organization, IT, Manufacturing, Quality,
Supply Chain and Logistics.
AFTER THE PROGRAMME
On successful completion of the program, trainees will be
considered for progression into Capwell’s Accelerated Leadership Program or for
placement into roles across the business, based on performance, demonstrated
potential and business needs.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Management Trainee, you will:
- Contribute
to real business projects and strategic initiatives
- Analyze
business information and generate insights to support performance
- Work
collaboratively across different functions and teams
- Participate
in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare
and present insights, recommendations and project outcomes to senior
leadership
- Build
practical business, functional and leadership capability through hands-on
experience
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for graduates who demonstrate:
- A
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum Second Class Upper Division, or a
Master’s degree, in any field [Graduated in 2024, 2025 or 2026, with
not more than 2 years’ work experience]
- Strong
analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capability
- Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership
potential and a proactive, results-oriented mindset
- Adaptability
and the ability to learn quickly
- Strong
collaboration and interpersonal skills

As part of our long-term leadership development strategy, we are inviting high-potential graduates to apply for our 12-month Management Trainee Program (2026).
This program is designed to intentionally develop future
leaders through structured cross-functional exposure, hands-on experience, and
mentorship across the business.
About the Program
The Management Trainee Program offers a unique opportunity
to gain first-hand experience within a complex FMCG organization. Trainees will
be embedded in the business and actively involved in real projects that
contribute directly to operational and commercial outcomes.
This is not a classroom-based program.
Participants will learn by doing—working closely with experienced professionals
and leaders across the organization.
