The Role: Brand Manager

Job Description

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for data and operations? We are looking for a motivated Data Analyst to join our Beef Processing team at the Thika Processing Plant. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where you will support data-driven decision-making across the production process from raw material handling to final packaging.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse data, improve efficiency, reduce waste, and contribute to maintaining high food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analysing production data across processing lines
  • Support reconciliation of data at weighing centres and highlight discrepancies
  • Help review system entries, stock movements, and production records
  • Participate in stock reconciliation to ensure alignment between physical and system records
  • Prepare daily production and stock reports under supervision
  • Provide timely insights to support production planning and performance improvement
  • Support system usage (Navision/Endeavor) to ensure accurate data capture

  • Invoice Processing
  • Receive, verify, and post supplier invoices into the accounting system.
