sanitation and organic waste generated in cities. Using technologies developed
in-house, we upcycle the waste into insect-based protein for animal feed,

Operational since 2011, Sanergy collects and treats over
50,000T of residual organics per year, and successfully sells its agri-inputs
to farmers in over 40 counties in Kenya, who see improved yields and increased
incomes. Our work is pioneering climate action in Africa we offset nearly
50,000T of carbon per year and we have big expansion plans to scale this
impact. Our goal is to expand across Africa and Asia, safely processing
1,000,00197 a year of waste and more than 1,000,000T of carbon emissions offsets
per year in the next decade.

Job Purpose Statement
We are looking for enthusiastic IT Inten to join our team
and gain valuable hands-on experience in managing and supporting our
organization’s IT systems. As an IT Intern, you will have the opportunity to
work closely with our IT professionals and assist with troubleshooting, system
maintenance, and various technical projects. This internship is a great
opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to grow in the IT field.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist
in troubleshooting hardware and software issues across the organization
- Sopport
IT staff in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systema,
networks, and applications.
- Help
maintain and update databases, servers, and other IT systems.
- Provide
technical support to staff, including belping resolve common technical
issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
- Assist
in systern backups and data recovery tasks.
- Help
with setting up new workstations and configuring necessary software.
- Document
technical procedures and solutions for future reference.
- Collaborate
with other departments to ensure IT systems run smoothly and efficiently
- Participate
in ongoing IT projects and support the implementation of new technologies.
- Monitor
and ensure proper functioning of network connections and servers.
- Assist
with cybersecurity tasks and support in maintaining data security.
- Assist
in audio-visual meeting setups.
- Perform
and maintain inventory of IT assets

Requirements
- Recently
graduated from an undergraduate or graduate program in Information
Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic
understanding of computer systems, networks, and hardware components.
- Familiarity
with operating systems like Windows, Linux, or macOS,
- Ability
to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Strong
attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability
to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness

- Previous

Sales Associate at Regen Organics
- To
meet our sales targets, we are looking for dynamic and talented Sales
Associates who will be responsible for creating demand directly with
medium and large-scale commercial farmers within a defined region. The
role involves closing sales with farmers and directing them to collect
from distributors or resellers.
Hire, train and manage a network of commission-based agents
to generate leads:
- Promote
the opportunity to become a Farm Star agent / promoter in your designated
area
- Recruit,
train and onboard applicants who fit the criteria for the role
- Manage
performance and motivate agents to go to the field to generate quality
leads
- Ensure
agents represent the Farm Star brand positively and abide by policies
- Organise
events and presence at exhibitions, to aid the demand-generation work of
the agents
Create demand and close sales:
- Prioritise
farmers based on their purchase potential, planting cycle and other
relevant factors

Job Purpose Statement
- To
meet our sales targets, we are looking for an experienced and organised
Area Sales Manager who will becresponsible for generating demand amongst
farmers within a defined region, alongside sales associates
andccommission-based agents. The role involves: closing sales to
commercial farmers, developing and drivingcthe performance of a team, and
managing day-to-day operations of multiple channels.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set-up
and oversee a hub of Evergrow sales and marketing activity
- Become
an expert in the farming activities and characteristics across your hub
area
- Develop
a strong partnership with the major distributor(s) in your sales hub
- Identify
and convince local resellers within each ward of the hub, to stock our
products
- Secure
shop spaces for ‘Evergrow information centres’ with good visibility and
within budget
- Identify
and set-up optimal demo farms owned by influential farmers in strategic
areas
- Recruit
and oversee the management of commission-based lead generation agents
- Resolve
issues impacting sales operations
- Manage
a team of Sales and Marketing Associates selling to small and medium farms
- Refer
candidates who fit the role criteria and can drive performance for your
hub area
- Run
weekly performance dialogues (PDs) with each sales and marketing associate
- Run
monthly or quarterly performance reviews
- Ensure
near 100% adherence to the defined sales processes
- Conduct
