We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Food Processing Compliance Specialist to join our compliance team. You will focus on ensuring food safety, operational safety, and regulatory compliance across all production operations according to internal SOP. You will have 3–5 years of experience in auditing and a preferred working knowledge of food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and OSHA guidelines. This role may include leading small audit teams or mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

Audit & Compliance of Food Processing

  • You will conduct regular internal audits and compliance of food processing operations to ensure compliance with internal SOP and GMP, HACCP, FSMA, SQF/BRC, and other regulatory or customer standards.
  • You will identify and report non-conformances; work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate audit documentation, reports, and records.

Continuous Monitoring
