We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Food
Processing Compliance Specialist to join our compliance team. You will focus on
ensuring food safety, operational safety, and regulatory compliance across all
production operations according to internal SOP. You will have 3–5 years of
experience in auditing and a preferred working knowledge of food safety
standards, GMP, HACCP, and OSHA guidelines. This role may include leading small
audit teams or mentoring junior staff.
Responsibilities
Audit & Compliance of Food Processing
- You
will conduct regular internal audits and compliance of food processing
operations to ensure compliance with internal SOP and GMP, HACCP, FSMA,
SQF/BRC, and other regulatory or customer standards.
- You
will identify and report non-conformances; work with cross-functional
teams to implement corrective actions.
- Maintain
accurate audit documentation, reports, and records.
- Promote

- Assess
food safety programs and sanitation procedures across the plant to ensure

the Processing Plant Health & Safety team.

- Support
and guide one junior auditor or assistant in daily activities and
documentation.

develop and deliver fluency in compliance and related audit processes.

existing compliance tools and suggest areas of focus to allow for

Continuous Monitoring

monitor production, QA, and EHS teams to promote compliance in food and

About the Role
As a Financial Advisory Service Senior Associate, you will
deliver financial strategic and operational support to Division Leads,
Department Heads and wider leadership to enable them achieve organizational
objectives. The strategic support will involve translating Department strategy
into financial analysis while operational support will generally involve daily
financial management including budgeting and financial reporting. You will be
reporting to Head of Finance in Kenya.
Responsibilities
- Lead
consultant for assigned Departments in providing financial advice to

You will coordinate with country leadership team as a
