JOB PURPOSE:
- Tactical:
Initiating of receiving (GRNs), issuing (indents), that is posting of
inventory in ERP system and concurrently the physical items.
- Tactical:
Assist the inventory Accountant meet the assertions Existence, Accuracy,
Valuation, completeness in regard to Cost and valuation criteria.
- Efficacy:
To ensure receipts and issuance of inventory in a timely manner.
- Compliance:
Compliance towards procurement, inventory policies and International
Accounting Standard 2 – Inventories.
- Reporting:
Assist the Inventory Accountant in preparing inventory reports, stock take
reports, variances reports.
ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum
of Certified Public Accountant Part II.
- Diploma
or Bachelor’s degree in Business or supply management is an added
advantage.
- At
least 1 year post qualification of CPA part II.
- Should
have held an inventory assistant/same position in a level 4 hospital or
experience as an Audit semi-senior in External Audit firm.

Inventory Accountant at The Luton Hospital
JOB PURPOSE:

experience as an Audit senior in External Audit firm.

- The
Business Development Manager (BDM) will lead the hospital’s business
growth agenda by developing and executing strategies to expand patient
inflows, strengthen partnerships with consultants, insurers, corporates,
and community organizations, and enhance the hospital’s brand visibility.
- The
role oversees the marketing, sales, customer relations, and digital/social
media functions to ensure revenue growth, superior client
- experience,
and alignment with the hospital’s strategic plan.
- The
BDM is a member of the hospital management team and contributes to overall
institutional leadership and decision-making.
ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s
degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
(Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum
7-10 years’ experience in business development, sales, or marketing,
preferably in healthcare.
- Proven
track record in revenue generation, partnerships, and team leadership.
- Strong
understanding of healthcare financing (insurance, SHA, corporate medical
schemes).
- Experience
managing digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Excellent
negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated
ability to lead diverse teams and deliver results under pressure.

Claims & Reconciliation Officer at Luton Hospital
Claims & Reconciliation Officer
Job Purpose
Ensure the coordination of Insurance/Corporate daily
operations, including the generation of payable claims and the implementation
of Insurance contractual obligations.
Oversee timely verification, accurate and complete claiming
of invoices, reconciliation of paid claims, and proper allocation, all in
alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Academic and professional qualification
- Bachelor’s
degree in Finance, Accounting, Insurance, Business Administration,
Economics, or a related field.
- Professional
certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Training
in health insurance claims management, medical billing, or healthcare
financing is desirable.
- Minimum
2-3 years’ experience in claims processing, medical billing and account
reconciliations preferably in a healthcare setup.
- Experience
working with insurance providers (SHA, private insurers) and understanding
their claims processes.
- Background
in reconciliations, credit control, or revenue cycle management is highly
preferred.
