Comfort category growth by driving onboarding, adoption, and campaign

rider experience at pick-up points with audits, PUDO updates, and signage
- Support
Scheduled Rides expansion by onboarding drivers and improving conversion

Senior Operations Specialist-Marketplace at Bolt
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Own
and manage marketplace performance across key metrics like ETA, Search
Coverage, Surge, FO%, and Utilisation
- Ensure
strong supply-demand balance across Nairobi and non-LTO cities through
pricing simulations, operational levers, and weekly business reviews
- Support
category strategy by launching new verticals (e.g., Economy, Comfort,
Premium) and optimising performance via pricing and user feedback
- Monitor
and reduce offline trips and fraud through proactive driver interventions
and data-led actions
- Track
and manage incentive spend, ensuring alignment with return on investment
and local growth goals
- Partner
with local and HQ teams to improve marketplace efficiency using rider and
driver insights, competitor analysis, and structured experimentation
What we expect

have 4 –7 years of experience in Operations, Startups, Strategy
Consulting, or marketplace roles
- You

are highly analytical and confident with data — strong Excel/Google Sheets

Sales Team Lead at Bolt
- As a
Sales Team Lead, your primary responsibility will be to build and manage a
high-performing team of Sales Coordinators, Specialists and Managers to
meet local sales targets.
- The
team will oversee partner acquisition for restaurants, build meaningful
relationships with restaurants, negotiate and secure great partnerships,
and add more delicious options to clients’ doorsteps.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Recruiting,
training, and coaching the Sales team on various skills, including selling
strategies, product knowledge, effective communication, and presentation
skills.
- Monitoring
relevant KPIs and ensuring all team members achieve growth targets by
increasing sales and maintaining relationships.
- Developing
and executing a plan to increase local Bolt Food’s customer base,
achieving sales targets in the country, and engaging in negotiations to
successfully close deals.
- Contributing
to the sales strategy through generating leads, partnering with key
players, taking effective marketing actions, prioritising profitability,
