You Will:
- Manage
and grow relationships with high-value accounts (farms, feed mills,
integrators).
- Identify
upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue.
- Negotiate
and secure long-term supply agreements.
- Collaborate
with technical teams to deliver value-added solutions and training.
- Monitor
market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
- Develop
account-specific growth strategies.
- Resolve
client issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Coordinate
with supply chain and finance for seamless order fulfilment.
We’re Looking For:
- Degree
in Animal Science or Veterinary Medicine.
- Proven
experience in animal nutrition, the feed sector, or veterinary
sales.
- Strong
negotiation, relationship management, and commercial skills.
- Knowledge
of Kenya, animal health and feed market dynamics.
- CRM
proficiency and data-driven approach to account management.

Sales Promoter at Vetcare Africa
- We
seek a proactive Sales Promoter to expand our market reach, build client
relationships and drive sales of veterinary products (e.g. vaccines,
antibiotics) and feed additives (e.g. vitamins, probiotics). You’ll engage
farmers, veterinarians, agro-dealers and cooperatives to educate them on
product benefits and close sales.
You Will:
- Promote
veterinary pharmaceuticals/feed additives to farms, clinics and agro-vet
outlets.
- Conduct
product demonstrations, workshop and field visits to educate customers.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (vets, dealers,
farmers). Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer
feedback.
- Achieve
monthly/quarterly sales targets and submit reports.
- Ensure
compliance with industry regulations (KVB guidelines).
We’re Looking For:
- Diploma
or certificate holders of animal health and production, Sales &
Marketing or related fields.
- Entry-level
candidates with internship/practical training in animal health or sales.
- Essential:
Strong communication (English & Swahili), persuasion skills, and
tech-savvy (MS Office).
- Advantage:
Knowledge of livestock diseases and animal nutrition.
- Mindset:
Self-driven, resilient and passionate about rural development.
