About the Role
Seeking a strategic specialist to own Global Performance
Management cycles and drive people innovations. You will streamline systems,
analyze data for leadership, and shape talent strategy to ensure fulfilling
careers for our staff.
Responsibilities
- Own
the management of our Performance and Development Review (PDR) cycles, the
foundation of performance management at One Acre Fund, to ensure that all
staff receive a PDR on time, every time.
- Working
with program and global teams, ensure cycles are set up, expectations are
communicated to staff and managers, and the process is run seamlessly.
- Prepare
bi-annual performance review analysis dashboards to help analyze and draw
data driven insights to leadership teams.
- Own
and execute on projects that improve PM systems & processes for
operational efficiency and our day to day PM work.
- Work
with Country and Division teams to streamline PM processes (e.g
Lattice eligibility) as much as possible.
- Day
to day work of a PM includes PDRs, continuous feedback, updates, 1;1s,
etc.
- Manage
additional special projects throughout the Global People Division.
- This
could look like supporting other People teams on any innovations projects
or workstreams. E.g managing PDR raises and promotions in our monthly
payroll.
- Manage
stakeholder relationships that strengthen the work over time and ensure
ongoing commitment to delivering on performance management across the org.
- This
includes the Performance Management Champions relationship, relationships
with team leads, and People / HR teams in each country.
- Manage
projects that take us from day to day Performance Management work into
broader talent management work so that we continue to be a workplace that
offers fulfilling, long-term careers.
- This
includes initiatives that link PDR outcomes to career growth, development

About the Role
The Junior Service Desk Technician will provide basic

About the Role
- The
FP&A Analyst supports the Grants Finance team in working with our
fundraising, finance, and field teams on our annual portfolio of grants.
This entails complex financial modeling and reporting, budget creation,
and support towards fundraising projections and data-driven strategy. This
a career track role where you will learn valuable skills in finance and
accounting as well develop a management consulting toolkit.

will report to the FP&A Senior Associate.
Responsibilities
You will support the grants finance team with a focus on
grant database management and grants reporting. In particular:

The Information Security team at One Acre Fund safeguards
systems and data across a diverse, distributed, and technology-driven
environment. As an Information Security Specialist, you will help
maintain and improve our security operations. This role is ideal for someone
with hands-on cybersecurity experience who is eager to work across cloud
infrastructure, applications, and devices — helping us proactively manage
threats and improve our security posture.
The department is looking for an Information Security
Specialist with 2–4 years of experience to support and strengthen security
operations across our systems, applications, and infrastructure. You will
report to the Head of Information Security.
Responsibilities
- Implement
and maintain security tools and processes, including SIEM platforms,
vulnerability scanners, and endpoint protection systems.
- Conduct
regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing (VAPT), and support
remediation tracking across infrastructure and applications.
- Monitor
security alerts from systems such as SIEM platforms, cloud services, and
administrative consoles; triage potential incidents and coordinate
appropriate incident response efforts.
