The positions reports to the Head of Missions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure
timely delivery of goods and personnel to mission fields, outreach
programs, or church-related activities.
- Loading
and offloading mission supplies while ensuring proper handling and
documentation.
- Plan
routes and ensure timely delivery to remote or challenging locations.

accurate mileage and fuel consumption records.
- Maintain
the vehicle in good condition by Performing routine maintenance checks

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- General
management of the school laboratory and the equipment and reagents within
the lab.
- Planning,
budgeting and making requisitions for the lab equipment and reagents in
conjunction with the school administration as per the needs.

clear records of reagents and laboratory equipment’s.
- Liaise
with academic staff to discuss timetables and lab equipment requirements.

- Process
and post supplier and utilities payments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness,
and compliance with the organization’s guidelines

perform daily and monthly reconciliations for payables, bank transactions,
petty cash, cheques, and statutory payments.
- Handle,
replenish and reconcile petty cash and imprest for all units.
- Monthly
computation and filing of statutory returns in compliance with applicable
tax legislations.

verification and analyzing and timely posting of all receipts and incomes

- Liaise
with banks on donor funds, follow up on incoming transfers, and negotiate
for better exchange rates on local currency inflows.

allocation.

Adventure Park Safety Officer at Christ Is the Answer Ministries
Job summary
CITAM Seeks to recruit born-again Christian who is
experienced and self-motivated to fill the position of Adventure Park safety
officer. The person shall be responsible for safety and entertainment of guests
& staff participating in ziplining activities, high ropes, sky bikes, scary
bridges, Archery among others. The individual shall oversee all aspects of the
adventure park, including safety gears, maintenance of applicable
equipment, adventure park guidelines and client support with an intention of
creating an experiential adventure.
The position reports to the Resort
Manager.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Managing
safety and equipment by conducting inspections, ensuring proper working
condition and reporting/follow up on repairs and replacements
- Ensuring
all guests are properly fitted and have the relevant indemnities and
safety gears.
- Engage
guests, answer questions, address concerns and create a positive and
memorable experience for the guests at the Adventure Park
- Managing
guest services and experience by guiding guests with safety briefs and
