Account Coordinator, Enterprise at Uber
About the Role
As an Account Coordinator you will work efficiently and
effectively with our Account Managers to drive results in revenue growth,
operational excellence, and customer service. Account Coordinator will work
closely with restaurant partners, the restaurant support team, product, sales,
marketing and operations to manage and optimize restaurant relationships and
provide maximum value for both Uber and its partners.

What the Candidate Will Do
- Improve
or innovate new processes by identifying operational areas of
improvement to keep the customer team as efficient as possible
- Coordinate
projects that leverage data to develop an in-depth understanding
of our customers (compelling ‘stories’ and synthesized insights) and
coordinate initiatives to generate demand for the business. Identify
opportunity areas, influence cross-functional partners, and execute
projects to deliver sustained and material growth
- Own
external partnerships with key industry partners in various
industries to drive mutually beneficial business objectives that benefits
our consumers and stakeholders
- Run
geo level growth initiatives, understand business context and
market opportunity, surface gaps and opportunities, and develop business
plans to build cross-functional alignment on actions to improve customer
success and business growth
- Own
post campaign analysis, and communicate the outcomes / insights to
various stakeholders to aid strategic decisions that lead to improved
customer campaigns
- Understand,
track, and improve metrics such as customer lifecycle, quality,
and profitability
- Stakeholder
management to assist coordination and alignment for promotions,
acquisition, engagement and re-engagement of customers
- Drive
brand visibility and awareness through support with strategic
top-of-mind awareness campaigns
- Internal
and External Advocate. Be the Account Managers go-to person and navigate
internal processes to provide the best outcome for the client and our
market
- Bring
your analytical A-game. You’ll be building business models, performing
analysis with Account Managers to understand trends, provide actionable
insights, and track productivity and success of initiatives to ensure
we’re driving toward the best possible outcome
- Handle
the big picture, and the tiny details. You’re organized and always on top
of your deadlines to ensure nothing gets missed. You also have an eye to
the big picture and flourish by creating new ways to add to existing
partnerships
- Drive
initiatives. You will drive and support key initiatives across our
business teams to grow strategic and long term opportunities with our
various partners. This involves wearing many hats and jumping in to help
your teammates when the needs arise
- Read
between the lines. You’ll be working with stakeholders from various teams
such as product, marketing, operations, legal, finance etc.
- Support
Account Managers with day-to-day interactions of top tier partners
- Employ
critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate
relationships
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum
2 years of sales, account management or other relationship management
experience
- Desire
to work with top restaurants and building a business together
- Extraordinary
listening, communication and persuasion skills
- Problem
solving skills: when you see a problem, you work hard and think out of the
box until you fix it
- Data
driven attitude: capable to run analysis and/or understand data and
transform it into relevant insights
- Focus
on business strategy, innovation, digital marketing, analytics
- Have
experience working with diverse teams
- Have
experience working on cross-functional projects
- Proven
analytical thinking, project management skills, and exceptional
organizational skills are essential
- Curious
and creative mind that has the ability to think strategically and

Management: Engaging, informing, and gaining the support of various

Preferred Qualifications
