Buildafrique™ Business Leaders Internship Program is a six (6) months
internship program by Buildafrique™ Group that harness career training for
aspiring candidates so as to equip them with Business Leadership skills
required to adapt in the modern-day marketplace.
The internship program focuses its training in the following
four (4) core areas:
- Work
Technical Skills for the role.
- Business
Development, Marketing & Entrepreneurship Skills.
- Corporate
Management Skills.
- Leadership
Skills.
Intake for the Program are held every Quarter, this being at
the beginning of the January, April, July,
and October of every Year.

1.) Research & Financial Analysts:
Internship qualifications and core competencies:
- Bachelor
of in Finance, Financial Economics, Actuarial Science, and related field.
- Academic
background or course in CFA, CIFA, financial modelling, or on-going.
- Research
and analytical skills.
- Proficiency
in associated computer work skills.
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent
interpersonal skills, Innovative, and creative.
- Leadership
and Business skills.
2.) Graduate/Intern Quantity Surveyor
Internship qualifications and core competencies:
- Bachelor
degree in Quantity Surveying, or ongoing.
- Proficiency
in associated computer work skills.
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent
interpersonal skills, innovative, and creative.
- Leadership
and Business skills.
3.) Graduate Project Manager / Construction Project Manager:
Internship qualifications and core competencies:
- Bachelor
degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
- Proficiency
in associated work computer skills.
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent
interpersonal skills, Innovative, and creative.
- Leadership
and Business skills.
4.) Graduate Architect:
Internship qualifications and core competencies:
- Bachelor
degree in Architecture, Architectural Studies, or related field.
- Proficiency
in associated computer work skills.
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent
interpersonal skills, Innovative, and creative.
- Leadership
and Business skills.
5.) Business Development and Marketing Executive:
Internship qualifications and core competencies:
- Bachelor
degree in Commerce, Marketing, International Relations, Public Relations,
Administration, or related field.
- Experience
in content writing, online marketing campaigns, and digital marketing –
added advantage.
- Proficiency
in associated computer work skills.
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent
interpersonal skills, Innovative, and creative.
- Leadership
and Business skills.
