- Support
CSR initiatives such as medical camps by helping with client registration,
branding, and post-event follow-up communication.
- Coordinate
branding activities including signage, promotional materials, and hospital
staff brand alignment.
- Oversee
and maintain the hospital’s online presence, ensuring the website and
social media platforms are regularly updated with relevant content.
- Ensure
effective internal communications across departments to keep teams
informed of marketing campaigns, events, and goals.
- Facilitate
targeted campaigns for specific service lines (e.g., maternity, wellness
checks, diagnostics) based on seasonal trends or demand.
- Track
and manage feedback from patients and clients to inform quality
improvement and marketing strategies.
- Liaise
with media outlets, advertising agencies, and digital partners to maximize
media exposure.
- Ensure
compliance with healthcare marketing regulations and ethical standards.
- Build
and sustain relationships with internal stakeholders (clinical teams,
admin, etc.) and external ones (corporates, insurers, doctors, vendors).
- Prepare
regular marketing reports, performance reviews, and campaign impact
assessments.
c) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s
Degree in Marketing, Commerce or Business related field.
- CIM
Diploma will be an added advantage.
- 3
Years’ experience in a Healthcare Marketing role
- Proficiency
in digital marketing, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
- Experience
with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing
plan.
- Experience
with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.
- Experience
in healthcare within Mombasa region will be an added advantage
