Collection Africa is hiring a Debt Collector to
join their team in Nakuru. This opportunity is ideal for candidates
with strong negotiation, customer engagement, and relationship management
skills who thrive in a target-driven environment.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma
in a business-related field
- At
least 1 year of working experience
- Experience
in customer service, sales, credit control, or a call centre environment
is an added advantage
- Proficiency
in MS Office (Excel & Word) and collection systems
Key Skills:
- Strong
negotiation and persuasion skills
- Excellent
customer engagement and relationship management
- Ability
to work under pressure and meet collection targets
Compensation:
- Commission-based
salary of up to 25% of collected revenue
