Job Description
As a Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in
driving client satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships, and achieving
sales excellence.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing
and maintaining relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Identifying
client needs and recommending suitable insurance solutions.
- Staying
updated on industry trends to provide expert advice.
- Meeting
and exceeding sales targets through innovative strategies.
- Educating
clients about Lifecare’s diverse insurance products.
- Collaborating
with Insurers and the internal team to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications:
- Proven
experience in relationship management or sales within the insurance
brokerage/ insurance sector. (At least 2 years)
- Strong
background in Health insurance, International Personal Medical
Insurance.
- Certification/s
from COP, or similar.
- Excellent
communication skills in English, and at least one additional international
language is an added advantage.
- Good
understanding of general and life insurance products.
- Exceptional
analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s
degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency
in CRM tools and MS Office.
- A
proactive and customer-focused mindset.
