Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing & PR
Manager to lead brand positioning, media relations, and high-level event
execution. The ideal candidate will have strong experience organizing corporate
conferences, CEO roundtables, press briefings, and organize speaking
engagements for opinion leaders in the organization. This role requires
excellent communication skills, media network connections, and hands-on event
management expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Management
- Develop
and execute integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee
content creation for digital platforms, newsletters, and corporate
materials.
- Manage
social media strategy and digital campaigns.
- Monitor
market trends and competitor activities.
Public Relations & Media Management
- Develop
and implement PR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build
and maintain relationships with media houses, journalists, and industry
influencers.
- Draft
press releases, media kits, opinion articles, and corporate
communications.
- Coordinate
press conferences, media briefings, and interviews.
- Manage
crisis communication when necessary.
Events & Conference Management
- Plan
and execute corporate events, including:
- CEO
forums and executive roundtables
- Industry
conferences and summits
- Press
events and product launches
- Networking
events and stakeholder engagements
- Develop
event budgets and manage vendor negotiations.
- Coordinate
logistics including venues, speakers, sponsorships, branding, and guest
management.
- Oversee
event marketing campaigns and delegate engagement strategies.
- Ensure
seamless execution from planning to post-event reporting.
CEO & Opinion Leader Engagement
- Identify
and secure speaking opportunities for executives and industry leaders.
- Coordinate
keynote speeches, panel discussions, and media appearances.
- Develop
executive communication materials (speech drafts, talking points,
presentations).
- Manage
stakeholder and VIP guest relations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or
related field.
- Master’s
degree is an added advantage.
- 5+
years’ experience in Marketing, PR, and Event Management.
- Proven
experience organizing high-level conferences and executive forums.
- Strong
media relations experience.
- Experience
working with C-suite executives is highly desirable.

Position Overview

motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Supply Chain
Optimization Specialist to join its team in a medical laboratory
environment.
This hybrid role combines accounts payable
management and supply chain optimization to ensure smooth financial
operations and efficient procurement processes. The ideal candidate will
support both finance and supply chain functions to enhance operational
efficiency, cost management, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoice
Processing: Review, verify, and process vendor invoices in a timely
manner.
- Payment
Management: Prepare and execute payments while ensuring compliance
with company policies and timelines.
- Vendor
Relations: Liaise with vendors to resolve discrepancies, respond to
inquiries, and maintain positive relationships.
- Reconciliation:
Perform regular accounts payable reconciliations and assist in month-end
financial close processes.
- Record

process improvements in the supply chain.
- Vendor
Management: Assist in supplier selection, negotiations, and
establishing long-term partnerships to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
- Inventory
Control: Monitor stock levels of critical laboratory supplies,
reagents, and equipment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Data
Analysis: Analyze procurement and spending data to identify trends,
optimize procurement strategies, and reduce costs.
- Compliance
& Documentation: Ensure all supply chain activities adhere to
regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Key Competencies
- Bachelor’s
degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a
related field.
- At
least 3 years of experience in accounts payable and/or
supply chain management, preferably in the healthcare or medical
laboratory industry.
- Strong
knowledge of financial processes, accounting principles, and
procurement best practices.
- Proficiency
in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft
Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience
with ERP systems and data analysis tools is an added
advantage.

Accounts Receivables Officer – Credit Collection

Job Purpose:
To ensure timely and accurate billing, efficient collection
of receivables, and effective credit control to maintain healthy cash flow and
minimize bad debts. The role supports financial integrity through AR
reconciliations, DSO tracking, and escalation of delinquent accounts where
necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare
and issue accurate customer invoices in line with contractual terms
- Ensure
timely collection of outstanding receivables through consistent follow-up
- Maintain
up-to-date customer account records and reconcile payments received
- Conduct
regular debt follow-ups and implement effective credit control measures
- Monitor
Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and highlight overdue accounts to management
- Escalate
high-risk or long-outstanding debts where necessary
- Prepare

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- KCSE
Mean Grade B+
- CPA /
