Job Summary

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing construction projects (experience in school projects will be an added advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of Kenyan construction regulations and approval processes.
  • Proven experience in managing project budgets and contractor performance.
  • Professional certification (PMP, CPM, or related) is an added advantage.
