Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning,
coordinating, and supervising construction projects to ensure they are
completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with Kenyan regulations.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a
related field.
- Minimum
5 years’ experience managing construction projects (experience in school
projects will be an added advantage).
- Strong
knowledge of Kenyan construction regulations and approval processes.
- Proven
experience in managing project budgets and contractor performance.
- Professional
certification (PMP, CPM, or related) is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan,
coordinate, and oversee construction projects from initiation to
completion.
- Ensure
compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Manage
project budgets, timelines, and contractor performance.
- Provide
regular progress reports to management.
