The Football Federation is seeking to recruit highly

technical roles to support its mission of developing, promoting, and regulating
football in Kenya.
Successful candidates will play a key role in driving

professionalism, and institutional integrity in line with international
football governance standards.

Officer
General Qualifications & Experience
While specific requirements vary by position, applicants
should generally possess:
- A
relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in fields such as Finance,
Marketing, Law, Sports Management, or Criminology.
- Professional
qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) for finance-related roles.
- 5–10
years of progressive experience, including at least 5 years in a senior
management or leadership role for director-level positions.
- Sound
understanding of FIFA/CAF regulations, statutes, and governance
frameworks.
- A
proven record of success in areas such as sponsorship, event coordination,
or financial management.
