Detailed Production Scheduling
- Create
a feasible production plan in daily buckets for finished goods based on
the master production schedule. Ensure that the bulk plans are feasible
and based on demonstrated capacity
- Optimize
production sequencing and capacity utilization.
- Monitor
plan execution and resolve production exceptions.
Materials Planning and Inventory Management_
- Ensure
availability of raw, imported bulk and packaging materials to satisfy
production requirements.

purchase orders, supplier follow-up and stock cover.

inventory within targets while ensuring supply and minimizing redundancy.
Warehouse and Stakeholder Coordination_
