or certificate in a relevant course.
- At
least 3 years of practical working experience at entry or middle
management level in a property management company.
- Strong lease
analysis skills.
- Excellent report
writing and financial analysis skills.
- Strong communication,
interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership
abilities.
- Proficiency
in MS Office and other IT tools.
- Solid
understanding of property management and its financial aspects.
- Ability
to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively.

Debt Recovery Officer-Mobile Money at Progressive Credit
The purpose
- The
job holder is responsible for the administration and implementation of the
debt recovery.
Key responsibilities
- Contact
customers via phone calls, SMS, and other communication channels to follow
up on overdue mobile loan repayments.
- Negotiate
repayment schedules in line with company policies.
- Achieve
daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Escalate
problematic accounts to the supervisor where necessary.
- Educate
customers on loan terms, repayment obligations, and consequences of
defaulting.
- Adhere
to data protection, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum
of a Diploma in Business, Finance, Customer Service, or a related field.
- 1-3
years work experience in debt recovery and credit management
- ·Proven
experience in debt collection, preferably in mobile loans or digital
lending platforms.
- ·Strong
negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient
in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel.
- High
integrity, self-motivated, and target-driven.

- The

knowledge and relevant work experience of not less than five (5) years,
with at least three (3) years served in senior leadership in a related
role in a financial institution.
- Should
demonstrate expertise in sales and all facets of selling lifecycle
including business development, product management and sales agency
management.
- Should
have demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and
execution of business plans and strategies.
- Should
have sound knowledge of lending in Microfinance industry.
