TEAM PURPOSE

Key Responsibilities
The Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for
strategically coordinating local partners. The Partnership Coordinator has the
overall responsibility to oversee the tools and process flow for partnership
management within Oxfam ’s partnership portfolio by ensuring that partners
conform to and are in alignment with the national and global tools and
processes.
Capacity Assessment
- Support
and conduct a partnership mapping while supporting other projects in other
Oxfam operational locations.
- Lead
on the development of project partnership assessments for the new partners
(as well as others) as per the OGB approved minimum requirements, and
development of partner contracts.
- Lead
on the development of the partner contracts (and related annexes),
ensuring a shared change goal for the joint and a broader and evolving
partnership.

with partners assessment reports where new partners shall be identified.

Project Management and capacity support
- Lead
on the organisation of inception-kick off meetings and the development of

field teams and Finance Manager.

partners in assessing risks and opportunities of collaboration, assessing
capacities in terms of strengths and gaps to meet objectives.

and elaborate a plan for partnership monitoring (including budgets) and
carry out regular monitoring visits to partners (thematic, organizational,

that the partnership complaint mechanism is integrated in the country

Role Overview
The Oxfam Kenya – Executive Assistant leads the
implementation of assigned components of the transition plan under the guidance
of the Oxfam Kenya Board, Oxfam International Secretariat (OIS), Confederation
Development Department and the Executive Director for Oxfam Kenya. This role is
the nexus of the OKE Board leadership support and Oxfam organisational
management.
The position will oversee the day-to-day transition
operations of the OKE Affiliation journey. It will also be the OKE Board

You will be assisting in the implementation of Oxfam’s anti-corruption response
and prevention activities for the Africa region.
What we are looking for:
- You
will have experience in investigation planning and techniques including
victim and suspect interviewing, writing statements, evidence gathering
and case presentation. You will have experience in investigations having
worked in the private, public or third sector. You will plan and conduct
investigations into a range of matters. Your work will include victim and
suspect interviewing, obtaining written statements, gathering evidence,
and completing high quality investigation reports. You will have a particular
interest in fraud, corruption, internal investigations and working in the
international humanitarian and development sector. You will be expected to
conduct investigations, supporting colleagues in other regions when
required and assist in the coordination and response to investigations
conducted by those outside of the team (including non-specialist staff and
consultants).
- Providing
expert advice to senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in
responding to a range of incidents that may have security or regulatory
implications. With a dual role in corruption prevention, you will have
experience of implementing anti-corruption or counter fraud measures in
organisations including delivering training, reviewing policies and
developing risk assessments. You will ideally already have some experience
of training and be a compelling public speaker, able to convey complex subjects
concisely and accessibly to global colleagues.
- A high
degree of discretion and confidentiality will be essential as you will be
handling large volumes of sensitive information. You will have an
excellent understanding of risk management and have demonstrated good
judgement in handling sensitive information, particularly from vulnerable
people and confidential sources.

will be prepared and willing to travel, sometimes at short notice to
hardship environments.
