Role Overview
The Head of ICT will be responsible for developing and
executing the company’s ICT strategy, overseeing the implementation and
optimization of core systems including ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS),
invoicing platforms, customer care solutions, and IoT-enabled manufacturing
technologies. This role will also ensure the integrity, security, and
compliance of our digital infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop
and execute a business-aligned ICT strategy.
- Oversee
performance and integration of SAGE ERP and related systems.
- Design
and manage robust, scalable IT infrastructure (Cloud, Network, Telephony).
- Lead
Data & Analytics strategy ensuring integrity, governance, and
accessibility.
- Drive
digital transformation across warehousing, manufacturing, and customer
service.
- Champion
cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify
and deploy emerging tech (IoT, AI, EDM, process automation) to boost
efficiency and CX.
- Partner
with business teams to deliver tech-driven improvements.
- Manage
ICT budgets, vendors, and SLAs for optimal value and performance.
- Build
and inspire a high-performing, innovative ICT team.
- Advance
ICT sustainability – energy-efficient procurement and responsible e-waste
management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s
degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
- ICT
Professional Certification in networking and/or infrastructure management
(e.g., CCNA, AWS/Azure Cloud Architect).
- Certified
Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or equivalent certification in IT
security (CISSP, CISM).
- Minimum
8 years of ICT leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing or
distribution.
- Proven
experience with SAGE ERP systems, WMS, IIoT, Digital process automation,
Cloud Computing platforms, Windows and customer service platforms.
- Strong
understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and data protection regulations.
- Excellent
strategic thinking, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Regional Sales Manager – Coast

in Mombasa. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to
join our team and drive our sales efforts and In charge of the sales team
productivity drive in the coast region of Kenya.

The primary purpose of this role:
The Junior Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting
the department’s ongoing projects and daily operations, issue tracking, and
reporting tasks. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, possess
strong technical skills and be willing to contribute to improving our data
management processes.
