Job Purpose:
- Support
the overall reward strategy through efficient and timely administration of
staff /FA compensation, benefits, loans and mortgages and payroll
management.
- Responsible
for ensuring all payroll data is correctly captured in the ERP payroll
module and support staff in the registration into respective benefits
schemes, e.g. Medical, Group Life, GPA, pension, ESOP, club membership,
staff loans etc. Work hand in hand with FA Operations team in the
implementing of all FA benefits schemes, e.g. Medical, Group Life, GPA,
pension, club membership, FA loans etc.
