This role is essential in providing high-quality administrative and operational support to ensure effective coordination of non-clinical services, including catering, transport, maintenance, security, housekeeping, and outsourced facility services. The position is key in promoting sustainability, operational excellence, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards within the hospital. 

Minimum Requirements 

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Studies, Public Administration, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a comparable institution. 

Key Competencies 

  • Proficiency in scheduling, documentation, record-keeping, and office coordination. 
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and logistical coordination for facility-related services. 
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and compliance standards, including infection prevention and control. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise, and respond proactively. 
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills. 
  • Knowledge of facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and asset management. 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
