Responsibilities
Billing & Job Card Management
- Ensure
all job cards are accurately costed, correctly classified (billable vs
non-billable), and supported by proper documentation.

timely billing in line with agreed service-level timelines.

billing accuracy, including labor hours, parts usage, and service
descriptions.
- Work
closely with Service Leads and Technicians to resolve job card
discrepancies before invoicing.

and report on billing errors, delays, and rework, and drive corrective

Warranty Management
- Owns
the end-to-end management of warranty cases, from incident logging to

and tracks warranty claims with OEMs, including approvals, rejections, and

repair scheduling, parts replacement, and logistics for warranty-related

- Supports
service teams with diagnostics, root cause analysis, and technical

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Building
- Manage
and lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle for Kenya & Rwanda roles,
from requisition to offer stage.
- Draft,
refine, and maintain compelling job descriptions that reflect BasiGo’s
mission and culture.
- Source,
screen, shortlist, and interview candidates across departments and levels
(technical, operational, corporate).
- Build
talent pipelines for critical and future roles while hiring for immediate
needs.
- Coordinate

- Train,

interviewing techniques, competency-based assessment, role scoping,
writing effective JDs, and delivering a strong candidate experience.
- Develop
recruitment toolkits and training materials (interview guides, scoring
rubrics, question banks, decision-making frameworks) to ensure consistency
and fairness across all hiring teams.
- Partner
with managers to strengthen their interviewing confidence and judgment,
ensuring they are equipped to assess not only skills, but also values
alignment and long-term potential.
5. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting
- Track
and analyze recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, cost per
hire, candidate experience ratings, etc.).
- Provide
hiring updates and data-driven insights to the People Team and hiring
managers.
- Recommend
improvements to hiring processes based on data and market trends.

readings, mileage intervals, and OEM requirements.
- Generate
weekly and monthly bus maintenance rosters.
- Collaborate
with Shift Leads to allocate technicians and resources appropriately.
- Ensure
maintenance activities are completed on time while protecting fleet uptime
targets.
Job Card Coordination and Completion
- Ensure
job cards are accurately initiated and assigned for all repair and
maintenance tasks.
- Track
job card progress, ensure timely closure, and reconcile technician hours
and parts usage.
- Ensure
all quality checks are completed before job cards are resolved and
vehicles are sent back in operation.
Reporting and Communication
- Prepare
and distribute regular reports to internal teams and bus operators on:

fleet performance
- Scheduled
maintenance timelines
- Major
repairs, repeat faults, and incident resolutions
- Communicate
proactively with operators regarding upcoming service schedules, repair

Experience & Qualifications
