AAA Growers – Veg is a division within AAA Group that deals
with vegetables, chilies, and herbs. At AAA Growers – Veg, we produce a variety
of premium & prepared vegetables, herbs, chilies, and fruits. Demand by
some of our clients led to the addition of herbs into the product range that
AAA exports. The growing started mid 2010 in chestnut Farm on a small scale and
currently the herbs are spread across our three farms.
As the Key Account Manager, you will lead AAA Growers’
domestic sales and supply chain operations for fresh produce, ensuring seamless
coordination between client acquisition, merchandising, packhouse planning, and
promotional execution. Drive growth through strategic partnerships, data-driven
decisionmaking, and a relentless focus on customer satisfaction and brand

Your tasks and responsibilities
- Identify
and onboard new retail and B2B clients across Kenya in collaboration with
the Commercial Manager.
- Maintain
strong relationships with key accounts through regular check-ins,
performance reviews, and tailored seasonal solutions.
- Coordinate
client visits to farms and stores to reinforce brand trust and product
knowledge
- Coach
field sales reps and merchandisers to adopt proactive, consultative
selling behaviors.
- Implement
daily execution checklists, time logs, and training programs to ensure
consistency and pride in execution.
- Review
in-store execution, shelf placement, and promotional compliance using
tracking tools and field audits.
- Align
weekly and monthly packhouse programs with field availability and client
orders.
- Ensure
90%+ client service levels through disciplined planning and communication.
- Oversee
order flow, delivery schedules, and service level reporting across all
regions.
- Monitor
competitor activity, pricing trends, and consumer preferences.
- Conduct
quarterly competitor reviews and recommend strategic adjustments.

client pricing formulation and promotional pricing strategies.
- Drive
new product development (NPD) initiatives and coordinate launches with
marketing and field teams.
- Plan
and execute big promotions, store openings, and seasonal campaigns with
precision.
- Ensure
promotional materials and planograms are deployed effectively to maximize
visibility and sell-through.

monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts aligned with farm
operations and market demand.
- Track
key account metrics and compile reports for internal and external
stakeholders.

Your profile
- Bachelor’s
degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Agribusiness, or
a related field.
- A
diploma in a relevant field combined with strong experience may also be
considered.
- 3 – 5
years’ experience in sales, client management, or business development
(preferably in retail, FMCG, or agribusiness).
- Understanding
of retail sales operations, merchandising, and customer relationship
management.
- Basic
knowledge of supply chain, order management, and service level monitoring.
- Strong
analytical and reporting skills; ability to track KPIs and prepare

As a Head of Production, your primary objective is to assist
the Production Manager in planning, maintaining, and implementing all aspects
of the day-to-day grading and processing operations. You will ensure compliance
with ethical principles and Quality Management Systems (QMS), while
prioritizing safety, integrity, and conformity throughout the process chain.
Your role also involves managing workforce dynamics, maintaining health and
safety standards, and fostering efficiency in operations.

packhouse, ensuring efficient grading and packing of flowers to

Crop Protection Manager – Veg
Job objective
As the Crop Protection Manager, you will be responsible for
the planning, execution, and oversight of all crop protection activities,
ensuring optimal pest and disease control while upholding the highest standards
of safety, sustainability, and operational efficiency.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Plan
weekly spray programs for all crops in consultation with the Farm manager.
- Maintain
high standards of spraying by ensuring proper spray coverage, use of
correct spray volumes and zero loss or spillage of chemicals.
- Ensure
transportation and disposal of chemical products residuals within the farm
are well handled.
- Develop
and implement integrated pest management (IPM) strategies to protect
various crops.
- Monitor
crops for identification of major pest and disease challenges at the farm.
- Ensure
the spray equipment is in a serviceable state at all times so that they
are well maintained in order to have a smooth spray operation.
- Participate,
coordinate and manage all activities that fall in the domain of the spray
department.
- Prepare
and submit monthly reports to the Farm Manager.
- Continuous
supervision and training of the crop protection team for optimum results
and safety of the spray team.
- Monitor,
in collaboration with the greenhouse management team the spray areas in
the greenhouses if infestation is controlled.
- Report
without delay to the Farm manager when he/she encounters a problem in
relation to spraying activities.

annual chemical and PPE requirements of the department at the start of new
budget year
Your profile
- Degree
or Diploma in Agriculture, Crop Protection, Agronomy, or a related field.
- Over 5
years in a similar role within a commercial vegetable farming environment.
- Proven
track record in crop protection or pest management within horticulture
farms, preferably in Veg section.
- Self-motivated,
strategic thinker with excellent crisis management skills and able to
bring solutions to the table.
- Familiarity
with pesticide regulations, safety protocols and environmental stewardship
principles.
- Ability
to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and diverse
agricultural environment.
- Strong
