Rider at Fargo Courier
JOB PURPOSE
- The
holder of this position will facilitate delivery and collection as
assigned in the branch.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure
all assigned deliveries are scanned and completed within the stipulated
SLA timelines.
- Ensure
standing collections are received before noon and collection gadgets are
used appropriately.
- Use
authorized routes when undertaking deliveries and collections.
- Ensure
delivery, collection, and monitoring sheets are properly documented,
signed, and returned to the office.
- Adhere
to departmental SOPs, ISO requirements and company policies, procedures
and guidelines.
- Maintain
a valid motorcycle driving licence and ensure the assigned motorcycle has
valid insurance and all required documentation.
- Ensure
assigned motorcycles are serviced on time and collection gadgets are
properly maintained.
- Adhere
to Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain
client data confidentiality and comply with the company's data protection
policy.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum
five years of experience with A2.
- Computer
proficiency.
- Excellent
communication in English and Swahili.

JOB PURPOSE
- The
ideal candidate should have a valid driver's license, a clean driving
record and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
REQUIREMENTS

Letter - Handwritten and addressed to the HR
- Manager,
Wells Fargo Ltd, P.O. Box 43370-00100, Nairobi. Passport Photos Two (2)
recent colour passport-size photographs (taken within the last six
months).
- National
ID Original and two photocopies (applicants must be aged between 28 and
45 years).
- Valid
Driving License with Classes B, C1 & CE will be an advantage.
- Original
and a photocopy (with a minimum of 5 years of driving experience).
- Minimum
Height Requirement-5ft 10 inches
- Education
Qualifications - Original and a photocopy of the KCSE Certificate.-
Secondary School Leaving Certificate Original and photocopy.
- Additional
Certifications - Defensive Driving (Optional).
- NSSF
Card-Original and photocopy.
- SHA
Universal Health ID Number-Photocopy. KRA PIN Certificate - Original and
photocopy. Chief/Sub-Chief Letter from your Rural Home - Must include
postal address (with postal code) and telephone contacts. (Not older than
six months from the date of issue). References Three original letters
from referees (must not be relatives, government officers, or Wells Fargo
employees), with their full details and ID copies. Employment History
Original & photocopies of recommendation letters or service certificates
from previous employers (if applicable).

Sketch Maps - Detailed sketch maps of both rural and urban residences.
- Bank
Account Details - Valid account number and branch.
- Police
Clearance Certificate - Not older than six months (or Failure to provide
any of the above may lead to disqualification.
