We are looking for a Finance Officer to help us strengthen
our financial management, donor compliance, and audit preparedness as we grow
our multi-county operations.
In this role, you will support:
♦️ Financial management, accounting, and internal
controls
♦️ Donor compliance, grant reporting, and budget
monitoring
♦️ Statutory compliance and audit processes
♦️ Financial systems and cross-departmental
coordination
What we’re looking for:
♦️ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting,
Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
♦️ CPA-K certification (required)
♦️ 3–5 years’ experience in nonprofit or donor-funded
environments
♦️ Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and donor
reporting
