Stonefield Company Limited (located in Awasi-Kisumu County)
whose core business is production and supply of construction materials
including aggregate, paving blocks, building blocks and variety of precast
items is seeking to recruit a result oriented and self-motivated individual. We
are seeking to recruit a motivated and detail-oriented IT Assistant to support
the organization’s day-to-day IT operations and ensure smooth functioning of
computer systems and networks.
Requirements:
- Diploma
in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- At
least 1 year of experience in an IT support role is an added advantage.
- Basic
knowledge of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity
with Microsoft Office applications and Windows operating systems.
- Good
communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales Manager at Stonefield Company Limited
The Role
Based in Kisumu, the Sales Manager will be responsible for
the company’s revenue growth. This is a leadership role that requires a blend
of high-level strategy and hands-on team management. You will bridge the gap
between our production capabilities and the market’s infrastructure needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales
Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans for our
product portfolio (Ballast, Aggregates, Cabros, Building Blocks, Asphalt
Concrete, and Precast items).
- Business
Development: Identify and secure high-value opportunities in the
construction, real estate, and public infrastructure sectors.
- Account
Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with
contractors, developers, transporters, educational institutions, and
corporate clients.
- Market
Intelligence: Monitor regional trends, competitor pricing, and
customer demand to ensure Stonefield remains the market leader.
- Team
Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and drive the sales team to
consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Reporting
& Budgeting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, departmental
budgets, and monthly performance reports for senior management.
- Supply
Chain Coordination: Liaise with the production and logistics teams to
ensure timely delivery and 100% client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s
degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: A
minimum of 3–5 years in sales management, specifically within
the quarry, construction materials, cement, or manufacturing industries.
- Industry
Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Kenyan construction and building
materials market.
- Leadership: Proven
ability to manage a sales team and drive performance in a high-pressure
environment.
- Technical
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM
systems.
- Soft
Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal
skills.
- Logistics: A
valid driving license is a significant advantage.
