We are seeking to recruit a motivated and detail-oriented IT Assistant to support the organization’s day-to-day IT operations and ensure smooth functioning of computer systems and networks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an IT support role is an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and Windows operating systems.

Sales Manager at Stonefield Company Limited

The Role

Based in Kisumu, the Sales Manager will be responsible for the company’s revenue growth. This is a leadership role that requires a blend of high-level strategy and hands-on team management. You will bridge the gap between our production capabilities and the market’s infrastructure needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans for our product portfolio (Ballast, Aggregates, Cabros, Building Blocks, Asphalt Concrete, and Precast items).
  • Business Development: Identify and secure high-value opportunities in the construction, real estate, and public infrastructure sectors.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, developers, transporters, educational institutions, and corporate clients.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor regional trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to ensure Stonefield remains the market leader.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and drive the sales team to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Reporting & Budgeting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, departmental budgets, and monthly performance reports for senior management.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and 100% client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years in sales management, specifically within the quarry, construction materials, cement, or manufacturing industries.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Kenyan construction and building materials market.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage a sales team and drive performance in a high-pressure environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Logistics: A valid driving license is a significant advantage.
