Are you a qualified legal professional looking to advance

experienced Legal Officer to join their dynamic team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Law (LLB).
- Post
Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
- At
least 3 years’ Post Admission experience in a busy Commercial Law Firm or
in the Banking Industry.
- Experience
in Ligitation Management, Contract Review, Drafting, and Negotiation.
- Knowledge
of the legal and regulatory framework specific to the Banking sector.
- In-depth
understanding of banking operations, securities, and debt recovery laws.
- Familiarity
with banking regulations to ensure institutional adherence.
- Ability
to maintain accurate litigation databases, document management systems,
and ensuring flawless legal contracts and reports.
