  • KCSE Certificate

  • Presentable, positive, and flexible (time & location)
  • Strong sales and marketing skills

Are you a results-driven professional with hands-on experience in trade marketing and project execution? Do you thrive in fast-paced, client-focused environments? Join our dynamic marketing agency as we expand our footprint in General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels.

We’re seeking Project Leads to oversee trade marketing projects from planning through execution — ensuring client goals are met with excellence and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of GT or MT projects across multiple regions
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and retail partners to ensure campaign success
  • Supervise field teams, merchandisers, and promoters
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables
  • Provide weekly reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and trade channel standards

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in trade marketing, FMCG sales, or retail promotions
  • Proven ability to manage field operations, teams, and client expectations
  • Strong understanding of:
    • General Trade (wholesalers, kiosks, independent retailers)
    • and/or Modern Trade (supermarkets, hypermarkets, key accounts)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure
  • A background in marketing, sales, or project management is preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business development tools
