About the Role
South B Hospital is currently hiring a skilled and
detail-oriented Theatre Nurse to join its dynamic healthcare team.
This role is ideal for a professional with strong perioperative experience and
a commitment to patient safety and quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare
and maintain a sterile operating theatre environment
- Assist
surgeons and anesthetists during procedures
- Perform
scrub, circulating, and recovery nursing duties
- Ensure
compliance with infection prevention and patient safety standards
- Maintain
accurate theatre records and documentation
Key Requirements
- Higher
Diploma in Perioperative Nursing
- Diploma
or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Valid
practicing license from the Nursing Council of Kenya
- Minimum
of 3 years’ experience in theatre/operating room
- Strong
teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure
