The organization is seeking to recruit a self-driven
and results-oriented individual for the position of Social
Media Admin to support its digital marketing and customer engagement
initiatives.
Position Summary
The Social Media Admin will be responsible for driving
revenue growth through online platforms. The role involves developing and
implementing strategies to increase sales, attract new customers, and retain
existing clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of
digital marketing and sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop
and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
- Respond
promptly to online enquiries, messages, and reviews while addressing
client needs.
- Conduct
market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyse
customer behavior and online engagement trends.
- Manage
customer reviews including collection, approvals, and responses.
- Create
and edit content for marketing materials, websites, and social media
platforms.
- Coordinate
creative content production with freelancers such as photographers and
videographers.
- Maintain
and manage the Digital Asset Management system.
- Collaborate
with cross-functional teams including product development, sales,
operations, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Requirements
- Diploma
or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Creative Arts, or a related
field.
- 1–2
years of relevant experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Familiarity
with digital marketing tactics such as email marketing, social media
management, and paid advertising.
- Strong
organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and
deadlines.
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- KCSE
Certificate (C- and above).

Experience
