EXPERIENCE
- 2-5
years’ experience in FMCG Sales, Modern Trade, or Category Management.
- Proven
ability to turn insights into initiatives that drive measurable growth.
- Modern
Trade experience with strong sales and category analytics skills.

KEY OUTPUTS / TASKS
- Develop
and execute category growth strategies across Modern Trade.
- Identify
opportunities across assortment, distribution, pricing, promotions,
visibility, and listings.
- Analyse
sales, SKU, retailer, category, and competitor performance
- Lead
category initiatives from idea to implementation and review.
- Develop
and scale initiatives that drive incremental sales and growth.
- Collaborate
with cross-functional teams and retail partners on execution.
- Optimize
assortment, SKU productivity, distribution, and promotions.
- Support
category plans, Perfect Store standards, planograms, and execution.
- Track
category KPIs, ROI, promotions, distribution, and rate of sale.
- Deliver
monthly and quarterly category reviews with key recommendations.
- Build
strong relationships with key Modern Trade customers.
- Analyse
shopper insights to identify category opportunities.
- Develop
business cases and assess commercial impact.
- Monitor
market trends, competitors, and emerging risks.
- Drive
action plans and governance for continuous improvement.

Mechanical Engineer at Kapa Oil
PURPOSE
- Looking
for a Mechanical Engineer Lead mechanical maintenance, oversee upgrades,
ensure compliance, and drive reliability and efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s
degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- EBK
registered or eligible.
- 4-6
years’ experience in manufacturing/refinery; food processing experience a
plus.
- Proficient
in design and maintenance tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Experience
in industrial machinery maintenance and reliability systems.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
- Excellent
diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong
team leadership and coordination skills.
- Ability
to work safely in a fast-paced production environment.
- Attention
to food quality and hygiene standards
- Cost-conscious
approach to resource and energy use
- Experience
in edible oil refining and edible food processing plants
- Familiarity
with Lean, Six Sigma, or reliability improvement methodologies
- Experience
with ERP/CMMS (maintenance planning systems)

To: Maintenance Manager
KEY OUTPUTS / TASKS
- Lead
mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting of refining, pumping, heating,
and packaging systems.
- Plan
and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize
uptime.
- Oversee
installation, commissioning, upgrades, and CAPEX for machinery and
production lines.
- Ensure
compliance with food safety, manufacturing, environmental, and regulatory
standards.
- Coordinate
with production, QA, and operations to maintain throughput, quality, and
cost targets.
- Manage
spare parts, maintenance records, and service documentation.
- Train,
mentor, and supervise maintenance staff and junior engineers.
- Drive
reliability, continuous improvement, energy efficiency, and sustainability
initiatives.
- Conduct
root cause analysis and implement long-term mechanical solutions.
- Optimize
equipment performance through analytics, KPIs, and mechanical integrity
practices.
- Lead
cross-functional projects and implement new technologies to enhance
efficiency.
- Coordinate
with suppliers and contractors and report on maintenance performance and
trends.
