Responsibilities

  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, leave, payroll information, and HR documentation.
  • Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle: Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and related employee documentation.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Support disciplinary, performance, and employee relations processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • HR Reporting & Documentation: Prepare HR letters, reports, audit documents, and maintain accurate HR records and working documents.
  • Facility & Safety Management: Coordinate facility maintenance, housekeeping, utilities, security, health and safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with management and relevant teams to address HR and facility matters and identify opportunities for improved efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Active IHRM Membership.
  • CHRP Certification is an added advantage
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR operations in a fast paced environment
  • Good knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and workplace compliance.
  • Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and problem- solving skills, with high attention to confidentiality and detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Manage inquiries, bookings, and payments via WhatsApp, email, and calls, ensuring quick response times.
  • Itinerary Preparation: Create detailed itineraries that include all client requests and services.
  • Invoice Management: Generate accurate invoices for confirmed bookings and follow up on timely payments.

Key Responsibilities
