TENAKATA is a business technology platform designed to empower MSMEs in Africa, by helping them keep their financial record, attain financial literacy through business support accelerators, and share their business transactional information to financial institutions (FIs) with the intention of the FI to extend credit to them to fuel growth in their businesses.

We are searching for a committed, deadline-driven sales intern to join our excellent sales team. The sales intern will complete all tasks assigned by the manager, which may include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, and assisting the Sales

What You Will Do

  • Work in pairs with Business development Officers and Collections Officers
  • Support and maintain an excellent work environment to achieve branch targets
  • Deliver first rate customer service
  • Assist in accurate and timely reporting of Management Information and market feedback to report on customer preferences, trends and market opportunities
  • Assist in contacting debtors to receive payment
  • Assist in following up on defaulters to recover payments
  • Carry out customer education and maintain relationships
  • Generating sales leads

Qualifications

  • A good level of general education- Diploma or degree
  • Computer literacy
  • Education background in sales/Marketing
  • Experience in a related field will be an added advantage
  • Experience in a financial institution will be an added advantage

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Assistant will support day-to-day HR operations within the microfinance institution, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management. The role assists in performance management, staff welfare, and disciplinary processes in line with company policies and the Employment Act.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
