Sales Intern

Mopeck Investments is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Intern to join its growing real estate team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in sales and a willingness to learn within a dynamic real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities by prospecting and engaging potential clients.
  • Achieve sales targets set on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Book and attend client appointments to present company products and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Brief clients on property locations, benefits, pricing, and available payment options.
  • Follow up with prospects through the sales process and provide after-sales support.
  • Research and develop innovative strategies for sourcing new clients, including engaging institutions and groups.
  • Coordinate and schedule site visits, ensuring physical presence during visits to company projects.
  • Handle client correspondence and inquiries via email, phone calls, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Follow up on payments from self-sourced clients, including current debt collection.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing accurate information, support, and guidance.
  • Maintain and regularly update the client database, including contact details and sales status.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field from a recognized institution.
  • Strong interest in sales and a desire to build a career in the real estate sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
